Account Deletion

How MyAthma users can request deletion of their account and related data.

This page exists as a public account-deletion route for MyAthma users and store reviewers. It describes how to submit a deletion request, what information is usually removed, and which records may be retained for safety, financial, or legal reasons.

1. How to request deletion

Send your deletion request to admin@myathma.com using the email address or contact information associated with your MyAthma account.

Include enough information for us to verify ownership, such as your name, registered phone number or email address, and any relevant username or referral code. We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

2. What we normally delete

Once a valid deletion request is confirmed, we normally remove or disable access to the account profile and the content that is tied only to that account, such as profile details, posts, stories, comments, direct-message access, device tokens, bookmarks, and other in-product account data.

3. What we may retain

Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, payment and financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, security investigation, dispute resolution, moderation review, audit trails, or enforcement of our terms.

This may include parts of wallet history, withdrawal records, payout details, KYC submissions, session history, moderation records, and logs required to protect the platform or comply with applicable obligations.

4. Effect of deletion

Deleting your account may make your social content unavailable to other users, prevent future sign-in to the deleted account, stop push notifications tied to that account, and remove access to referral, wallet, or messaging history that depends on the deleted account identity.

5. Questions

If you need help with an account-deletion request, privacy question, or status follow-up, contact admin@myathma.com.
