1. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create and maintain your account. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for unlawful purposes, or use the service in a way that interferes with the operation or safety of MyAthma.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use MyAthma to upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, hateful, or violent content. Do not use the messaging, referral, wallet, or payout systems for scams, evasion, or other prohibited activity.

We may investigate reports, remove content, disable certain features, or suspend accounts when safety, trust, or legal compliance requires it.

3. User content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to MyAthma, but you give us the rights needed to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content within the service and related operational workflows, including moderation, safety review, and backup or troubleshooting processes.

4. Referrals, wallet, and payouts

Referral rewards, signup credits, wallet balances, payout eligibility, and withdrawal processing may depend on campaign rules, fraud checks, admin review, or compliance requirements. MyAthma may deny, reverse, delay, or hold credits or withdrawals when suspicious, abusive, or invalid activity is detected.

Payout requests may require additional identity or compliance review. KYC and payout details must be truthful and submitted only for your own account or authorized business use.

5. Ads, external links, and third parties

MyAthma may display internal promotions, banner placements, story ads, or links to third-party destinations. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or sites outside the MyAthma product.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change over time, including messaging, story ads, payout methods, or moderation workflows. We may modify or discontinue features, limits, or policies to improve the service or comply with new legal or platform rules.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, trigger fraud concerns, ignore lawful requests, or misuse wallet, referral, KYC, messaging, or publishing functionality.

Users may also request deletion of their account through the public process on Account Deletion.

8. Disclaimers and limits

MyAthma is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.
