To request deletion of data associated with your MyAthma account, use the public Account Deletion page or contact admin@myathma.com.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data so that unauthorized parties cannot remove someone else's information.
2. Data we normally delete
When a valid request is confirmed, MyAthma normally deletes or disables access to profile details, posts, stories, comments, direct-message access, uploaded media tied only to that account, bookmarks, preferences, and app-session identifiers that are not required for ongoing compliance or security purposes.
3. Data we may retain
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, moderation review, security logging, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
This may include wallet or payout records, referral accounting, KYC submissions, blocked-user history, moderation evidence, audit logs, and other records needed to protect users or satisfy applicable obligations.
4. Deletion timing and effect
Deletion timing can vary depending on the type of data involved, whether ownership verification is required, and whether any legal or financial retention obligations apply. Once processed, affected content and account access may no longer be available inside the app.
